By accessing or using MailVue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MailVue provides a mailbox management platform for mail center operators and their customers, including mail tracking, notifications, document scanning, forwarding, and related services.
Store operators are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including USPS regulations (e.g., Form 1583 requirements), and for the accurate management of customer mail and data within their account.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate identification and completing all required USPS compliance forms (including PS Form 1583) before mail services begin. Customers must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
MailVue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain required compliance documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
If you separately and affirmatively opt in, MailVue, a software platform operated by Bluebonnet Mail Center LLC, may send recurring transactional messages about mail arrivals, packages, and pickup status at your participating mail center. Message frequency varies based on mailbox activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, or START to resubscribe after opting out. The sending number is not monitored for general conversations. See the SMS Policy for additional details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
