Reporting Copyright Infringement

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered)
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL or location where the material appears
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and made under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Send your notice to our Designated DMCA Agent (see below). Incomplete notices may not be acted upon.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, MailVue maintains a policy of terminating or suspending, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. MailVue may also limit access to the service for users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

Trademark Policy
