Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MailVue and form a binding agreement between you and MailVue. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
- Platform: the MailVue software and services
- Store / Operator: a business that uses MailVue to manage a CMRA or mailbox service
- Customer: an individual who has a mailbox through a Store
- Staff: employees of a Store authorized to use the platform on the Store's behalf
Use of the platform
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Store responsibilities
Stores are independently responsible for:
- Compliance with USPS DMM 508 CMRA regulations, including Form 1583 collection and retention
- All obligations to their Customers
- Proper handling of Customer identity documents
- Maintaining accurate mailbox records
MailVue provides technology; we are not a party to the CMRA agreement between a Store and its Customers.
Intellectual property
MailVue and its content are owned by MailVue. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailVue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
