Choose an intake pathEnroll at the counter, share the signup link, or show the in-store QR code on an iPad.Prepare Form 1583Collect the matching identity fields, review the prefilled form, print it, and obtain required signatures.Migrate existing customersImport or migrate customer records, preserve paid-through dates, and resolve any billing exceptions before launch.
