Customers first choose Physical or Virtual. Each type has its own plan line, pricing, and feature set — all configured and priced by the store operator.
Physical Mailbox
Real PMB at the counterA real addressable box at the store. Every carrier accepted. Customers pick up in-person or manage everything remotely from the app. Physical plans have two layers:
Layer 1 — Mailbox Size
The physical size of the box at the counter. Your store sets available sizes and monthly rental rates.

Remote-only · no physical boxA professional street address — not a P.O. box — for businesses and individuals who aren't local. We receive everything; you manage it 100% remotely via the app.
Virtual Plan
Virtual plans are their own separate line — independent of physical mailbox sizes. Each plan includes a monthly item allowance, scan quota, and digital storage. The store sets the plan name, tiers, and pricing.
